Jana will be making a quadrophonic installation composition of sounds from the Arctic Drift Ice for the exhibition Living Ice in The Polar Museum. She has been recording under water and under and inside the sea ice for the last 11 years, since her first field trip with Johan Hjort together with The Marine Institute in Bergen to her recent field trip this May on R/V Hermann Hanssen. She has been recording deep under the ice in Greenland and in Spitsbergen all the way to the sea ice by the North Pole.
