Sound symposium and concert at Cinemateket, Oslo, 8 - 10 April, 2010

Soundscape in the Arts – an international symposium that aims to investigate current artistic practices with soundscape perspectives. On 8th of April Jana will be giving a response to David Monacchi´s talk. David Monacchi and Jana Winderen will be playing a concert before the screning of Tarkovsky´s film The Sacrifice in Cinemateket in Oslo.
Other participants in the symposium curated by Jøran Rudi at Notam, is among others Peter Tornquist, Henirik Helstenius, Bill Fontana, Camille Norment, Owe Svensson, Gisle Tveito, Francisco Lopez, Natasha Berrett, Kristof Georgen, Floris van Manen, Anders Vinjar, Kjell Samkopf.
Jana´s concert is based on her new release Energy Field (Touch) and will be played on the sound system in the Cinemateket auditorium.
